War of the Three Kingdoms is an Alliance Wars Event, basically its huger form with 100v100 battlefields. It went through Global Beta testing in early 2022 and was fully released in May (Version 47).
The goal of War of the Three Kingdoms is to earn points for your Warband in battles (Skirmishes) against an enemy Kingdom’s Warband. You gain points by defeating enemy Heroes. Stronger enemy Heroes are worth more points when defeated. There are bonus points for defeating all the Heroes of an enemy Warband.
When the War timer runs out after 2 days, the Warband with more points wins. Every player can attack 12 times during the War: there are 3 Three Kingdoms War Energy flags at the beginning, with 3 more each 12 hours.
Completely defeated Defense Teams are revived after a certain time, which increases on every defeat. You can attack enemies even if all the Heroes of your Defense Team have been defeated. Note that you can only attack once with any specific Hero during the War. Having a large roster of powerful Heroes, and using them smartly, is the key to victory in War of the Three Kingdoms.
Heroes of the Kingdom family as well as heroes fighting alongside them receive a Morale Bonus in War of the Three Kingdoms! Heroes with a Morale Boost receive increased attack, defense and health in battles. All heroes belong to the Kingdom family whether they are Shu, Wei or Wu combatants. Heroes become stronger when teamed with other unique Heroes of the same family.
Bonus for 1/2/3 Heroes:
2% / 4% / 6% mana each time a Minion is summoned for the Hero.
2% / 4% / 6% heal each time a Minion is summoned for the Hero.
Morale Boost
Heroes belonging to this family as well as heroes fighting alongside with them receive additional perks in War of the Three Kingdoms:
+10% attack, + 3% defense, +7% health
Event duration:
- Sign-Up phase 1 day
- Preparation phase 1 day
- Battle phase 2 days
- Rewards phase (summon gate closes after 1 more day)
The event has its own 3 Kingdoms Summon portal and a new Three Kingdoms Coin. A Summon costs 100 coins or 300 Gems (2600 gems for 10 Summons or 7500 gems for 30 Summons).
Kingdom Family[]
Twelve new heroes premiered on March 14, 2022 when the War of the Three Kingdoms Global Beta 2 dropped. Three more from Beta will be released at a future time and appear to be the Warlords for each of the factions. Liu Bei is the Warlord of Shu, Cao Cao is the Warlord of Wei and Sun Quan is the Warlord of Wu.
