The fourth season, Voyagers of the Underwild was introduced with the first 3 provinces on March 25, 2021. Completing stages for the first time rewards 3 Underwild Coins on Normal difficulty and 5 on Hard difficulty. The Season 4 map becomes accessible after progressing in Season 3 to Province 15.
Provinces & Coins[]
Provinces are grouped into Biomes somewhat like Realms of Season 3; biomes introduce new challenges as heroes of a certain element receive an undispellable buff every 5 turns, while others obtain an uncleansable debuff. For example, the opening Sandy Caves biome (Provinces 1 to 5) applies a +50% attack bonus to Holy heroes and a -50% accuracy to Dark heroes. Enemies are unaffected.
Additionally, enemies within this season have innate resistences and are able to spawn Underwild Gems, which deal damage to the player's team until they are matched.
Event Heroes[]
The family is called the “Underwild Family”, which has the below effect:
Families give bonuses for each unique Hero of the same family in battle.
Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 Heroes:
- a% / b% / c% / d% / e% chance to spawn an Underwild Gem on board when this hero casts Special Skill
Underwild Gem deals x% damage to a random enemy each turn. Underwild Gems can only be spawned on a normal shield on board that has the same element as this Hero. The exact damage done by an Underwild Gem depends on what Rarity Hero spawned it; The damage is:
- Rare = 25
- Epic = 35
- Legendary = 50
The exact percentage depends on the mana speed of the hero:
Mana Speed | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 Heroes |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Very Slow | 36% | 43% | 50% | 57% | 64% |
Slow | 30% | 36% | 42% | 48% | 54% |
Average | 25% | 30% | 35% | 40% | 45% |
Fast | 20% | 24% | 28% | 32% | 36% |
Very Fast | 16% | 19% | 22% | 25% | 28% |

Tremors of Underwild[]
In late May 2022 after the conclusion of the Season IV Map and Story, Tremors of the Underwild released as a new event during the scheduled slot the Underwild Summon opens, allowing players to venture or replay stages. All World Energy for the stages are reduced by 3, and players have the chance of encountering an Underwild Bat, a flying bat carrying a sack of treasures.
The Underwild Bat has a chance of dropping 2 to 10 Underwild Coins and are limited to 15 per day, with a cap of 60.
Players are offered a Monster Lure for the duration of this event. Purchase of a Monster Lure will increase the chances of Underwild Bats replacing an enemy in wave by x10, increase the cap to 25, and make these enemies drop extra Underwild Coins upon their defeat.
