Effect 4	Element Link gives all Fire allies +30% defense against Special Skills for 4 turns. This effect can't be dispelled.
Effect 5	Element Link affects all allies when using 2 or more members of the same family. Legends 2020 family bonus: Healing 1 hero – 10%, 2 heroes – 15%, 3 heroes – 20%

Noor was a featured Hero of the Month (July 2020) and, as such, cannot be produced in a training camp.

Noor's special skill was buffed in the August 2022 Balance Update to include healing.
