In the forum community, Dawa is the target of widespread derision and memes as "objectively the worst 3* in the game and the only hero to have an identical but weaker special skill to another hero in their rarity (or in this case, two)" [1], i. e. Isshtak and Karil, who both deal 260 %.
While this is not stated explicitly in the Special Skill description unlike for example with Jabberwock, if there is only one enemy alive, that enemy receives both hits, like with Bjorn.
