Probably non-complete list of Heroes whose Special Skill has a downside in giving their own team some debuff/ailment – while technically Category:Debuffers, it is better not to link the categories as the opposite targetting means significant differences for gameplay.
Out of 9 Heroes the Springvale Family, only Killhare (and Costumed Jack O'Hare) belongs here in the narrow sense; all others debuff only themselves.
