Heroes whose Special Skills cause damage with several turns' delay: either formally through a buff given to themselves, like the (in)famous Gullinbursti, or a "bomb" debuff to enemies. (There are also bomb Minions, but those don't seem included here.)

It is very much worth noting (and tactical use) that in the first case the description says "when this effect ends": even if the buff is dispelled before it would go off, the damage is still dealt in that moment. (So the only escape is either killing the enemy in time, or getting them to fire the Special Skill again, which just overwrites the earlier without causing damage and resets the timer.)

On the other hand, (some) bombs explode, damaging nearby enemies, even when the debuffed target is defeated before their timer runs out; however bombs can be cleansed.
